(character and radical of the same meaning 心 = heart/mind/core)

3.23.23 Day 12 中心 refers to the center line, an invisible line that comes from our 心口 solar plex (the center of our chest/body) outward.

This center line comes from the solar plex and can direct out and up toward eye level, can go out directly in front (parallel to the ground) or point down toward waist level. These three different points of reference are referred to as "天地人", heaven/sky, earth and man or "high, middle and low".

There is also a center line that is created from one's own solar plex to another's solar plex. It's important to think about this center line when playing as you have to think about how to protect your solar plex 心口 on a center line that is coming from someone who might be taller, short or similar height as you.
